In this article, I’ll be including some of these ingredients in my secret recipe for making a tasty and healthy cucumber juice.
How To Make Cucumber. Juice –
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 1 fresh peeled (optional) cucumber
- 1/2 lemon juice for garnish
- 1/2 cup of filtered water

In a blender or food processor, blend the cucumber, ginger, and 1/2 cup of cold water; strain and press the puree through a sieve.
Serve the cucumber juice in a glass, filled with ice, and garnish the juice with lemon.
