We wake up in the morning feeling all melancholy like we were beating in our sleep – it goes with a saying “waking up on the wrong side of the bed”. This kind of mood can affect and ruin your entire day.
When you start your day with a sad face, you’re more likely to be unhappy the whole day. Once your mood changes from the morning, it’d affect your attitude and your schedule of the day.
It’s normal to be in a bad mood because we are humans, and humans have emotions. It’s not like you forced yourself to be moody or you planned to be in a bad mood.
Every day isn’t like a bird of roses, some days you just have to feel off. However, it’s natural to feel moody sometimes.
Here are a few ways you can boost your mood for a productive healthy day.
Ways To Improve Your Mood
Did you know that working out every morning before any other routine, helps to boost your mood?
Exercise clears your head from worries and brings in endorphins that lead to the feeling of happiness.
Take a walkout or run, or visit a gym to blast out frustrations with some training.
Even when you don’t feel like it, a little smile can change your mood.
You don’t have to be in a good mood to smile, sometimes to kick out negativity is by smiling.
Smiling enhance your brain which helps boost your brain, and also a great way to start your day.
3. Create time for yourself
One of the causes of a bad mood is stress from work. When you have a heavy burden unsolved, you are more like to be moody until it’s solved.
However, the best way to ease yourself from these burdens is by creating little or more time for yourself.
Do a different thing aside from work and other of your problems. Take a break from work and spend time taking care of yourself.
Take yourself out, eat, drink, read, write, party, have fun.
4. Eat Healthy Meal
The food you eat can improve or deteriorate your mood. Eat more healthy food like veggies, fish, fruits, beans, etc, you will feel good all the time.
5. Write in a journal
Write in your emotions and thought in a journal. Don’t hold your burden alone in your heart, it’ll hurt and hunt you. Pour out your emotions in a journal, empty your thoughts and gain your happiness in return.
